See what it’s like to work at GROWMARK: https://youtu.be/CSVMnKCySsY * PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT* Handles daily reporting, billing, and payment duties, and assists dispatch specialists during high volume business cycles. Works with internal business units, external customers, and external vendors to coordinate accurate reporting and payment for the logistics division. * ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS* Responsible for monitoring daily reports and collecting necessary information from customers, carriers, and product divisions for resolution. Responsible for timely billing of brokerage ammonia, dry fertilizer, and liquid fertilizer. Responsible for monitoring logistics aging report and will work with appropriate team members towards resolution. Responsible for monitoring and resolving logistics division billing disputes and working with team members and product divisions for resolution. Responsible for collecting carrier invoices for brokerage if not received in a timely manner and payment of those invoices. Monitoring and vetting of pre-approval numbers assigned to carriers and assigning associated accessorial charges to customer orders. Resolves all freight blocks and adds necessary charges and changes in timely manner. Collects and distributes MyGROWMARK errors to appropriate dispatch specialist team members; and will act as back up for resolution of MyGROWMARK errors during harvest and planting seasons. Will assist the Dispatch Specialists with managed inventory monitoring during high volume business cycles. Provides general assistance to Dispatch Specialists during high volume business cycles. * OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS* Responsible for working with the Fleet Operations Managers and Dispatch Specialist for resolution on customer and carrier disputes for assigned invoicing and payment duties. Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Performs all other duties as assigned. * _REQUIREMENTS_* Normally requires a college degree or at least 1-year related experience to demonstrate transportation knowledge. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Proven professional communication, persuasion, and customer service skills. Demonstrated planning, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate extreme peak demands and time pressures. Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
