As a product analyst, you will work to ensure profitability for customer accounts by analyzing costs, determining steps to fix negative margins, and tracking the progress of accounts. You will work collaboratively with access management, product management team, delivery, sales, support and other cross-functional team members to drive decisions and actions to address customer profitability. The ideal candidate will be organized with a driven personality and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

 

Gathers and analyzes customer data to identify profitability then creates actionable plans to address margins
Works with internal teams to gather information, attain approvals, educate, etc.
Serves as a trusted advisor to support the sales teams, collaborating on product, pricing and messaging
Drives and tracks activities for accounts to address profitability
Generates reports and dashboards to communicate findings and results to stakeholders
Identifies and makes recommendations for process improvements then drives implementation

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience with at least 5 years' telecommunications experience with general knowledge of telecom products and margin analysis is required.
Proven performance with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in sales, customer service, finance, accounting or an environment dealing with efforts to analyze customer profitability is preferred.
Must be able to work in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level, multitask and work in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong analytical skills and excellent project management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and make business decisions based on a variety of complex data points.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences

Salary

 

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $46,198 - $70,023
