The Program Department Manager at The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers (ARCC) Command is a key leader working closely with the Director of Program, the Program Manager will contribute to program development and ensure the overall success of the program. This role involves a focus on data quality, administrative support, reporting, event coordination, system management, and staff development.
Essential Functions:
Program Leadership and Oversight:
Provide leadership and direction for the Adult Rehabilitation Centers program in alignment with the organization's mission and values.
Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of support, especially while handling sensitive and highly personal information and data for employees and the organization.
Provide Get Help Now and on-call support outside of normal work hours, when necessary, for critical system/program support.

Data Quality:
Monitor participant progress, address concerns promptly, and ensure alignment with mission, policies, and best practices.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of services.
Ensure system integrity and manage timelines for data-related tasks.
Responsible to oversee and maintain the Beneficiary Database System (currently ServicePoint) along with the statistical databases (currently Fox Pro and Stats Live).
Provides lead ServicePoint and Admin training for all new ARC staff. Responsible to reconcile the NSS reports to the Beneficiary Management database monthly to verify accuracy.
Maintain the integrity of the SIMS Anonymous database.

Administrative Support:
Manage shared program email, preparing and distributing internal and external communications.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide information to staff and external constituents on behalf of the Program Department, following departmental approvals.
Maintain all allocated active/inactive ServicePoint license user information and user agreements.
Coordinate with Territorial and ARCC administrative staff regarding billing procedures for ServicePoint licenses as assigned.

Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular reports for data quality meetings summarizing program outcomes, challenges, and recommendations.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of participant records and program activities.

Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and coordinating special events, working closely with the Director to align events with the mission, goals, and objectives of the ARCC.

System Management:
Collect, compile, and maintain data relevant to KPI, National Composite, Command Review, and miscellaneous requests.
Continue development of training curriculum and materials for ServicePoint

Staff Development and Training:
Support staff development initiatives and training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Participate on the team of System and Agency Administrators in SIMS ServicePoint for the Central Territory and act as the lead representative for the Adult Rehabilitation Center Command.
