Position Overview:
The US Retail Project Manager will be an integral member of the US Retail Team, assisting withproject management, communicationsand other key function support.
You will be successful in this role if you area highly collaborativeindividual and thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoyworking closely with other departments and teams.
DOING - What you deliver | Core Responsibilities
Support US Retail leadership with project management support for key strategic initiatives and ongoing business critical activities
Foster cross-functional relationships to ensure collaboration and partnership across multiple departments and channels; close partner with Brand Communications, Support Operations,Product and Sourcing, Recruiting, Training, HRBP and People teams, and New Store Opening teams to drive strategic support and alignment
Development and execution of routine and ad hoccommunication to corporate and field teams; ability to adapt communication style based on the needs of the audience
Ability to keep others informed and provide needed transparency and communication in a fast paced, ever changing, environment
Source need-to-know information as an active participant in cross-functional meetings
Partner closely with Support Operations and Training teams to grow team member adoption and engagement of key training platforms, communications processes, and tools
Utilize technology to improve team member engagementacross various communication and reporting platforms
Assess current tools and processes.Develop strategies for continuous improvement of user experiences to drive adoption improvedbusiness performance.
Support management of US Retail calendar and shared inboxes, focused on evolving and building processes that support growth and collaborationwith key partners

Qualifications
Required:
Currently pursuing or recently completeda bachelor's degree in business, communications or similar program
Prior work experience in a corporate environment
Project Management and Communications experience preferred
