Position Overview:The Marketing Intern is passionate about the fast-paced world of QSR marketing and has the desire to grow the Caribou Coffee brand in new and existing markets.
This role will assist in the daily operations of the Caribou Coffee marketing department to help develop and execute marketing strategies to support Caribou Coffee's overall business objectives.
DOING - What you deliver | Core Responsibilities
Support overall marketing department strategies, including, but not limited to print, local store, event, social, loyalty and digital marketing.
Work with social content creator to develop relevant, engaging social posts and support responses to further build advocacy for Caribou.
Perform 360 market analysis and research on competition. Identifynew marketing opportunities for target audiences and business objectives.
Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data and insights from marketing campaigns.
Help with the ongoing management and scale of the Caribou Coffee ambassador program.
Assist with Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives to support business objectives in new and existing markets
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

Qualifications:
Required:
Current or recent past enrollment in a related marketing course(s)
Current or recent past in social content creation and monitoring
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g.Social platforms, CRM tools, and Google Analytics)
