Job Description

The Associate - Sales Enablementposition is a full-time, entry level role that offers a comprehensive four-month training program (Associate Development Program) designed to prepare you as a Sales Enablement Associate for RRD. The ADP program is designed to provide you with the necessary sales strategies, practices, and industry knowledge to ensure a successful career supporting the RRD Sales Team as a Sales Enablement Associate.

Responsibilities:
Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation Learn and successfully execute the arts of prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts
Collaborate on top of funnel sales activities by supporting the development of prospecting cadences, sales enablement materials, and their execution
Assist in the adoption of our Sales Engagement tools through proper management and coordination of sales training
Assist with US Sellers, Sales Managers and BU Subject Matter Experts on identification of net new leads via various Sales Engagement tools
Support the management of content and execution of internal communications
Coordinate activities with the Sales Enablement Training Specialist or Marketing Team to ensure content is appropriately available on Sales University and/or Learning Connection
Work with other team members on writing and editing needs as necessary
Support and facilitate a strong communications strategy through management of our sales communication tools with standard reporting on KPIs
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelors' degree, preferably in business, marketing or communications
Sales internship or experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, or business development
Background in marketing, communications or print industries is a plus
Technology minded skills to allow for quick onboarding on our Sales Engagement tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.is a plus
Ability to actively listen to others, understand needs and translate to next steps
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Windows and Google suite of products - may require knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments
Demonstrated independent problem solving skills and ability to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately
Additional Information
The national pay range for this role is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
