JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for monitoring and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the organization.
* Overseeing processes, analyzing data, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
* Maintain up-to-date information on interested parties.
* Establish and continually improve QMS processes based on ISO 9001:2015 guidelines.
* Ensure process flow mapping is accurate and track continual improvement.
* Identify risks and opportunities that may affect product conformity.
* Manage risks and opportunities related to product quality.
* Collaborate with relevant teams to address customer needs effectively.
* Manage Compliance Regulatory Reporting (outsourced)
* Assign responsibility and authority for QMS activities (e.g., ensuring conformance, promoting customer focus, reporting on QMS performance).
* Act as a point of contact for QMS-related matters.
* Monitor established quality objectives.
* Report quality objective progress to top management.
* Communicate well with customers, suppliers, and coworkers regarding quality matters.
* Facilitate effective communication within the organization.
* Manage nonconformity and corrective action processes.
* Ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Business).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles.
* Experience in developing and running quality systems.
* Previous experience in an ISO 9001:2015 certified environment.
* Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management principles.
* ERP Systems experience
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Auditor) is advantageous.
* Experience with QT-9 (QMS Software), Epicor Profit 21 (ERP) preferred.
