Coordinator, Enterprise Project Management Office

The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Coordinator is responsible for scheduling EPMO meetings, coordinating agendas, and supporting the EPMO Lead and Senior EPMO Lead with prep work. As a program management tool expert, they create dashboards and reports and maintain Wave access/user rights. The EPMO Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the EPMO.

Position: EPMO Coordinator

Location: Warrenville, IL or Evanston, IL

Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Required Travel: travel to other Endeavor Health locations may be required

What you will do:

Meeting Coordination and Support:

Work closely with EPMO leadership and team to coordinate and schedule EPMO meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up items.

Assist with preparing meeting materials, status reports, and additional EPMO resources.

Provide support to identify issues related to EPMO projects, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

Technical Expertise and Wave Management:

Maintain the dashboard in the program management tool (Wave), ensuring accurate data and user access.

Provide training and technical expertise on Wave to EPMO team members and other stakeholders.

Create and update dashboards and reports as needed.

General EPMO Support:

Support the EPMO Lead and other EPMO team members with daily operations and coordination tasks.

Assist with various EPMO-related activities to ensure efficient workflow and successful project outcomes.

What you will need:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, health administration or related field preferred

Certification: n/a

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a coordinator or administrative assistant role.

Unique or Preferred Skills:

High-performing individual with a strong reputation for reliability and effectiveness.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Ability to prepare reports and synthesize data

Ability to keep multiple tasks moving forward by prioritizing steps

Ability to build relationships and work across teams

Strong Computer Skills - Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
