The Senior Analyst for Global Insurance will partner with teams throughout the organization to provide expert advice in managing and mitigating the company's risk through contract review, certificates of insurance, and insurance program support.Job Description
Responsibilities

Contract Review - Domestic and International

Protect company assets by reviewing insurance requirements for contractual agreements to ensure they align with company standards

Provide feedback to internal teams in a timely manner

Participate on calls with MSI and client teams to negotiate terms of insurance prior to contract execution as required.

Certificates of Insurance - Drive business results by ensuring timely request and delivery of Certificates of Insurance to operational partners.

Insurance Program Support

Support the insurance renewal process through data gathering, analysis, and coordination between MSI and brokers/insurers including ownership of specific lines of coverage

Support claims management and analysis for specific lines of coverage

Assist in preparation of insurance program and expense reporting including premium, claims, and budgets

Insurance lines include General Liability, Auto Liability, Workers Compensation, Excess Liability, Professional/Cyber/Errors & Omissions, Property, and Builders Risk

Preferred Qualifications

Strong computer skills and communication skills including Excel and Word

Ability to be a strong team player and to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, in multiple locations and other departments

CRM, ARM or CPCU designation

Experience with Insurance program management, Captive Insurance Companies, and/or claimsBasic Requirements
