What you'll be doing
As a member of the Quality leadership team, will participate in the development of Baxter's Global Quality strategy.
Defines the strategy and architecture of the global Quality Management System. Collaborates with the business and stakeholders by defining, documenting, and maintaining the systems/processes to be followed in Baxter's QMS.
Owns, manages, and provides strategic direction on global process controls such as CAPA, investigation management change control, and risk management.
Owns, manages, and provides strategic direction on all the activities of the Global Field Action team and processes with responsibility for results in terms of compliance and global adherence to the process.
Manages and provides the strategy and designs model globally for internal and external audit programs, focused on risk-based assessments and linked to external regulatory intelligence. The audits will encompass various components such as internal manufacturing sites, suppliers, external contract manufacturers, clinical/preclinical, and Pharmacovigilance.
Manages a team of Quality Operational Excellence leaders globally and provides strategic direction for the global Quality operational excellence functions across the network including inspection readiness, gap assessments, oversight of inspection and response harmonization database, and observation certification management.
Provides the framework of quality analytics including data visualization, metrics, operating model, and key deliverables to stakeholders.
