Overview
Expected pay for this position is $198.58 - $248.23/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The VP, OSF Institutes Physician Leader functions as the overall clinical leader for the Institute.
This leader is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives and operations of the Central region's service lines institutes, clinics, and physician practices.
This individual will be directly responsible for clinical and operational performance evaluation, driving operational excellence, and improving patient experience at the destination center along with serving as a regional liaison across the ministry.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD)
Experience:
8 years' experience in administrative management and/or medical experience as a facility or system medical director.
Licensure/ Certification:
Physician license to practice in Illinois or Michigan
Specialty certification
Board certification
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Working knowledge of current CMS and Joint Commission conditions of participation
Working knowledge of State of Illinois rules and regulations governing healthcare
