The University of Chicago's Department of Medicine, Section of Hematology/Oncology, is searching for faculty scientists at any rank who will lead research contributing to the mission of the Section's Thoracic Oncology Program. Appointees will apply their scientific background in translational research to the development of predictive biomarkers in solid tumors, particularly lung cancer. We especially welcome applicants with experience in the use and clinical application of genomic techniques for lung cancer diagnosis and disease monitoring, including development of disease resistance. Academic rank and compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) are dependent upon qualifications.
