As the Supply Chain Senior Program Manager, you will lead transformational projects for our Elgin, Illinois Operations.
Responsibilities:
End to end program management ownership of supply chain transformational projects in our Elgin, Illinois Operations.
Lead multiple projects at the same time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure the success of all project schedules, and objectives for the year.
Set organizational goals for quality, inventory, safety, delivery, and cost savings.
Manage documentation and standardization of site program processes, procedures, and tools.
Setting expectations for all programs within supply chain, with the expectation of career progression.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communications skills verbal and written.
5 plus years of experience as a Program Manager.
Experience working in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to influence without direct authority.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Working knowledge of all Supply Chain functions.
Ability to work in a team environment and dynamically align to changing business conditions.
Training and facilitating new-hire orientations.
Candidates must reside in the Chicagoland area to be considered for this role:
Basic Requirements
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Engineering, IT, Management, or Supply Chain Management.
PMP certification required.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
