This role is pivotal in coordinating, managing global projects, and driving continuous development within the company. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, enhancing our sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insight
Proven experience in program management, including successful management of complex projects
Ensure that projects meet the program goals for TTM, Customer Satisfaction and Cos
Negotiate scope/schedule/resources commitments
Act as the team Hub
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional organization, time management, and prioritization skills, and a proven ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
Take initiative and aren't afraid to dive into unfamiliar tasks to find the best solutions to problems.
Ability to build cross-functional relationships and foster a collaborative work environment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce, Aha, MS Project experience a plus
Experience in Cross-functional Go-to-Market processes & programs and/or Sales Enablement
Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of industry best practices and program management methodologies.
Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated success in building consensus with employees, peers, and executives
Other:
Travel may be required, rarely, as you will be joining a global team with a global mission
MSI may allocate such additional or other duties of work from time to time as necessary to meet the needs of the business of Avigilon.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience working in tech, sales based project management or operations-focused role
