The Chicago office is place where clients co-create, collaborate and learn with our Accenture teams. We are seeking a strategic problem-solver with amazing customer service and hospitality skills. This role will provide office operations services and white-glove customer support.

Job Description:

The Mail Services Customer Service Associate will complete a wide range of customer service activities primarily focused on the delivery of mail services. Additional activities may include greeting and welcoming visitors, floor operations support, workspace/meeting room setup, document services, floor operations support or other location services. Responsibilities include the following:

+ Greet and assist employees, visitors and vendors with a high level of hospitality

+ Complete daily mail runs, delivering mail/packages to customers multiple times per day

+ Receive, sort, track and action incoming packages and courier items per established protocols

+ Complete daily mail pickups from designated mail stops throughout the office multiple times per day

+ Assist with mail processing accordingly/applying postage as necessary

+ Deliver outgoing mail and certified mail items to U.S. Post Office multiple times per day

+ Assist customers with courier package shipping and/or local messenger package delivery to include assisting with international shipping

+ Assist with coordination of freight shipments including packaging items for shipment

+ Inventory mailroom supplies and order/restock as needed

+ Receive used consumables such as toner cartridge, track metrics and ensure sustainability best practices are followed

+ May assist with the setup of meeting rooms and workspaces

+ May stock and maintain appearance of general use areas

+ May perform administrative duties according to location guidelines to include supporting large-scale duplicating projects

+ May carry out instructions for security, fire, health, and safety and maintain records

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

+ Beginner/Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook

+ Beginner/intermediate knowledge of MS Office (word/excel/PowerPoint)

+ Passionate about customer service and hospitality

+ Comfortable with technology

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
