In early 2022 we established our Enterprise Resiliency Office (ERO) with the goal of adopting a more strategic and systematic approach to defining, measuring and strengthening resiliency across enterprise. As the Director of Process Engineering, you will be part of the ERO leadership, working closely with the Chief Resiliency Officer and the Executive Management Team to deliver at-scale change in our resiliency capabilities. In your role, you will support NT's strategic resiliency agenda through the development of company-wide capabilities to effectively manage our value chains and associated vulnerabilities, risks and controls.



The ideal candidate will have process engineering expertise and experience with the execution of process redesign initiatives, working effectively with cross-functional teams and facilitating alignment between business, risk and technology stakeholdersacross the organization.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Define process engineering methodology, standards and tools
  • Define the approach and the operating model to build the process engineering capabilities across the firm
  • Lead the delivery of the enterprise-level initiatives to complete value chain mapping and interdependency analysis for all NT legal entities across the globe
  • Put together a plan and execute Resiliency Stress Scenario testing for the critical interdependencies
  • Build out the scenario library and a horizon scanning process to identify potential scenarios of disruptions to the critical value chains
  • Identify and manage through process optimization opportunities
  • Operationalized Vulnerability Assessment and Management approach in each of the Business Units, including Issue Management / Risk Treatment
  • Create required training materials to embed Operational Resiliency Framework
  • Oversee the maintenance of the value chain and interdependency map
  • Report vulnerabilities, and actions plans arising from vulnerability management / risk treatment actions to governance
  • Run a continuous improvement and change management program
  • Manage the allocated capital, expense and resources
