Role/ Department: Manager, Learning Delivery/Talent Management and Development

The Manager of Learning Delivery will determine the global delivery strategy and ensure our global facilitation team flawlessly delivers programs for maximum impact and a fantastic participant experience. As part of the Talent Management and Development Global Learning team, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our learning strategy to ensure our talent is ready for today and tomorrow.

This newly created hybrid role (3 days per week in office) will be based in at our Corporate Headquarters in Chicago and will report to the Global Head of Learning.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
Develop a learning delivery strategy that resonates with our internal clients and stakeholders and provides an exceptional learning experience
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of global facilitators to continually enhance their skillset
Consult with talent advisors, senior HR and Business leadership to understand to identify needs and translate them into solutions
Facilitate complex and/or senior executive audience programming, team offsites, and/or focus groups
Establish simple performance and success measures for key programs and collect data to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs; use data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Work with Learning design and Learning operations to ensure the best possible Learning experience end-to-end from enrolment to follow-up post program, and manage or oversee the execution of all elements
Research and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning design and delivery to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Serve as a subject matter expert on learning delivery practices and processes, offering guidance and support to key stakeholders and others in our internal learning leader community

Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Development/Behavior, I/O Psychology, Business or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning and Development (4 of which in a management role), with a proven track record of delivering to senior level audiences.
Strategic thinker with an enterprise mindset and proven ability to create learning strategies that work.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Consultative facilitation skills (ability to deliver highly complex content in a simple way; significant experience delivering to senior executive audiences)
Innovative problem-solving
Ability to construct and deliver executive ready presentations and business cases quickly
Process management and governance
Cutting edge industry knowledge of best practices in learning delivery
