Major Duties :1. Ensures proper completion of subscription forms, with reference to requisite qualification requirements and monitoring the number of US and benefit plan investors.\n\n2. Reports capital activity to the fund manager in a prompt and efficient manner.\n\n3. Issues trade confirmation, statements and reports to investors and dealing with investor queries.\n\n4. Completes all appropriate AML, KYC and client verification checks.\n\n5. Issues and maintains a record of share registers, if applicable.\n\n6. Instructs redemption payments and maintains client subscription bank accounts.\n\n7. Identifies and manages investor problems/issues and participate in their resolution.\n\n8. Assists in the underlying investor audits.\n\n9. Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.\n\n10. Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees.\n\n11. More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas.\n\nKnowledge :Excellent oral and written communication skills are required\nIn-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required\nHighly flexible and adaptable to change\nTechnical skills / systems knowledge is required\n\nExperience :A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred. Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA) is preferred
