As an Executive Recruiter you will:

  • Manage the strategy and execution of the full life cycle recruiting process
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Guide hiring managers by establishing and clearly communicating recommendations based on knowledge of the markets, candidates, and talent strategies.
  • Educate hiring managers on the Talent Acquisition hiring process, policies, and procedures
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Partners, and candidates
  • Utilize innovative recruitment strategies and develop pipelines for complex and strategic positions
  • Construct and negotiate complex offers
  • Use data to drive talent acquisition strategy and influence hire and offer recommendations
  • Proactively maintain/manage market intelligence
  • Keep abreast of recruiting best practices and introduce them to Northern as appropriate



Successful Candidates will have:

  • 10+ years of recruiting for positions from the senior to executive level
  • Experience recruiting for positions in Asset Management/Investments/Financial Services is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated sourcing techniques, including building talent pipelines, referral generation and diversity recruiting
  • Effective consulting and client management skills; ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with hiring managers, Human Resources partners and external third parties
  • Understanding and delivery of complex compensation policies and practices
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with a strong sense of urgency and high level of accountability
  • Expertise in utilizing applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM to efficiently manage candidates. (Workday Recruiting experience is a plus).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
