NT Is seeking an experienced IT Change & Release Management Leader, reporting to the Practice Lead for IT Service Management (ITSM), to transform processes and lead the global technology change management operations across the enterprise. This will include responsibility for ITIL Change Management process, Release Management process, and Patching process globally in our global infrastructure/Chief Technology Officer organization. This role is both a 'run-the-bank' and 'change-the-bank' position.

Who you are:

You have deep experience and expertise in leading enterprise-wide IT change and release management in a complex mission-critical processing global environment. You are accustomed to frequent interaction with senior stakeholders who are pursuing agendas and commitments that need to be reconciled to balance risks e.g. stability vs. time-to-market decisions. You will have a background in diverse platforms and technology, in both on-premises and cloud computing applications and infrastructure. You have a proven track record of developing strategies to meet complex program requirements with a 'now', 'next', 'later' mindset to incremental improvement to manage risk. You have an understanding of IT Service Management / ITIL best practices. You possess in-depth understanding of corporate governance structures and general management best practices. You have an entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills; analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. You possess excellent communication skills and are demonstrably capable of saying "no" when needed. You deal positively with conflicting views. You have experience managing complex teams in a global operating model, as well as influencing results without direct leadership responsibility. You have passion and ability to mentor team members, developing their skills, competencies, and orientation towards new ways of working, while ensuring delivery of projects. You have demonstrated the ability to lead and operate across a global footprint.
