Title: Sr. Principal, Sw Eng Omnium

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in the IT industry with hands-on development experience in building high-performing, resilient, Enterprise software solutions
  • Significant development experience, working within an agile environment and using modern engineering practices and work closely with development teams across geographical locations
  • Participate in technical and functional design of solutions for our business partners and stakeholders in the Managed Solutions and Strategies as well as Discretionary Products business areas
  • Work directly with end users on user experience design and workflows. Ensure designs are consistent with firm standards and our overall application suite.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues in an easy to understand manner
  • Provide Level 3 support when necessary.



Technical Knowledge

  • Strong proficiency in C++ , multi-thread server development in LINUX
  • Architecture and design approaches that support for scalable, high performance system.
  • Experience in the REST principles and associated technologies
  • Deep knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience with Perl, Python script language.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (JIRA/Azure DevOps)
  • SCM & Build tools (GitHub, bamboo)
  • Experience with Cloud services is a plus
  • Experience with Financial Services environment in general is a plus
