The Role RedMane is seeking Solutions Architects that will help clients overcome their most difficult challenges. Our client’2019s business drives our solutions which start with a thorough, strategic understanding of our client’2019s unique business requirements, their vision for success, and their organizational realities. The Solutions Architect will lead critical delivery efforts and will need to have both strong business and technical acumen. Responsibilities include: ’2022 Design and architect complex, large-scale solutions in collaboration with client teams, and internal project teams. ’2022 Engage and lead client teams as a trusted partner and internal project teams as the owner of project vision and strategy. ’2022 Create comprehensive business and technical architectures and coordinate and guide the internal project team implementing it to ensure fidelity to the proposed solution. ’2022 Leverage broad business and technical acumen and provides direction to project team to assure effective project completion in compliance with project design, quality, and security standards. ’2022 Translate business and functional requirements into technical Proofs of Concept, technical requirements and technical design elements. ’2022 Participate in both functional and technical design reviews to ensure traceability of the design to the proposed solution architecture. ’2022 Resolve architecture conflicts and escalated technical issues as necessary. ’2022 Mentor and coach project team in deliverables and functionality around project solutions. ’2003 Qualifications ’2022 8- B years of experience in professional services solutions, SaaS product management, and software implementation efforts. ’2022 Proven leadership, results orientation, and self-motivation traits with the ability to build consensus around proposed solutions. ’2022 Flexibility and agility related to critical thinking and making decisions with complex considerations as it relates to project implications. ’2022 Experience mentoring and leading employees within a collaborative team environment.
