As the NIQ Director of Sales, you are responsible for leading the commercial engagement with key clients as it relates to our portfolio of Spectra/TD Linx solutions. This covers large-scale datasets, highly innovative solutions and core retail measurement solutions. This role will focus on developing commercial strategies to renew and win new business, building strong client relationships, and ultimately win in the marketplace.
Responsibilities

Lead client sales for NIQs measurement solutions

Achieve sales and strategic objectives

Lead deep dive methodology and needs assessment sessions with clients

Perform strong product demos and direct product insights

Build strong client relationships with client stakeholders and teams

Lead client contract renewals or RFPs to ensure successful engagements

Represent voice of customer to internal product development, product marketing, communications and delivery teams

Work collaboratively with other product sales leads & cross-functional partners in product, operations, technology, and marketing
A Little Bit About You
Do you have the necessary skill set to be successful in this role? Are you a passionate, savvy sales leader, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability to deliver against financial targets? Can you effectively tell a story that captures the audience, no matter what level, and brings them along your journey? Are you able to work collaboratively, as part of a remote team within a fast-paced and challenging environment while maintaining high standards? Do you have experience in working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution?Qualifications

5-8+ years in commercial experience sellingdata, insights, or other 3rd party services. FMCG/CPG experience is a plus.

Mission-driven and passionate about serving a purpose

Excellent awareness of market conditions and client business environment

Demonstrated record of creating and growing sales revenue year over year.

Strong sales pipeline management skills with a track record of predictability and consistency.

Proficient in CRM and management through sales tools

Previous experience engaging clients and industry on topics such as data measurement, insights, data integration, e-Retailers, and other Omni solutions
