Job Description
Job Requirements: Manage Team dynamics and ensure the focus of the team on project deliverables. Research, design, and implement the appropriate technologies to support and improve corporate communications, access to information, and end-user productivity. Testing security patches and monitoring IT infrastructure for any vulnerabilities. Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. Provide training to different teams on newly implemented tools and technologies. Following up with end users to ensure resolution satisfaction. Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations which will be anywhere in the US. There are no international travel requirements for the present position, of IT Support Engineer. However, the position may require relocation for a temporary period of 6 months or more within the United States depending on projects and client requirements. Hence travel and relocation within the United States may be required.
Job Skills: Employer will accept US Masters degree in Computer science, computer information systems, any engineering, or related. At least 1 year of exp. with Google Suite Administrator, SCCM, Firewall Proxy Rules, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Azure Services, Microsoft SQL Server, Python, Windows PowerShell.
