Job Description
Establish and negotiate contracts with healthcare providers and insurance companies in the New York metro area. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive network for our clients. Analyze and review financial impact of contracts and provider reimbursement rates. Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations related to network contracting and management. Monitor network performance and implement necessary changes based on data analysis.

Skills and Requirements
- 10+ Years of Experience in Healthcare Network Negotiation or Network Management
- Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- New York City specific healthcare negotiation experience – Able to conduct analysis of health care provider environments
- Ability to define Quality in a healthcare network null
