Our story began in 2011 when a group of office workers at a major logistics company in Chicago had a lunch problem. Nearby options were limited and the team was spending too much time and money traveling to their favorite restaurants. They had an idea: bring Chicago’s local restaurant culture inside the office to sell food. It was an immediate hit. When they discovered people from other companies sneaking into their office, they knew they were on to something.

Fooda pioneered the concept of rotating popup restaurants inside offices. Today, we operate in 45 cities with over 100 million meals served and continue to grow rapidly. Powered by technology and a network of 1500+ restaurants, we feed hungry people at work through a platform of unique food programs located within companies, office buildings, hospitals, schools, distribution centers, and more. Position Overview: Fooda is seeking an Account Executive based in Chicago to manage the daily operations of Fooda’s West Coast WCS clients. This role entails comprehensive oversight of all WCS offerings, serving as the primary point of contact between clients and our esteemed partners. Who You Are:

+ Prior experience in food service or enterprise catering preferred.

+ Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in addition to four to five years of relevant experience.

What You Will Be Doing:

+ Reporting to the West Coast Director of Operations,

+ Supervising the Day-to-Day operations of West Coast clients with multiple Workplace Convenience Service offerings, ensuring the “Service Experience” of Fooda is consistently offered to all customers.

+ Coordinate between customer and vendors for new client launches.

+ Establish and maintain effective client and vendor relationships.

+ Manage customer service inquiries through digital channels.

+ Update and maintain Client/Vendor information within Fooda systems.

+ Ensure new vendors have appropriate compliance documents for onboarding

+ Escalate any potential issues or questions occurring to Operations Manager when necessary to ensure proper procedures are being followed.
