Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IFM Onboarding Leader to join our team. The IFM Onboarding Leader will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and deployment of integrated facilities management solutions for our clients. They will also be responsible for the leading of a team of Onboarding Leads that perform deployment activities for JLL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, project management, and excellent leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:
Develop the onboarding team and program to deliver to JLL standards
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of IFM deployment projects for new and existing clients
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards
Oversee the selection and onboarding of project teams, including both internal and external resources
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and ensure project milestones are achieved within designated timelines
Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction
Act as a subject matter expert on IFM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to project team members

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related experience
Proven experience in integrated facilities management and project management
Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, processes, and industry standards
Demonstrated experience in leading complex deployment projects, including coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing project budgets and timelines
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and client-centric solutions
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
Willingness to travel, as needed, to client sites
