Perform advanced facility related preventative maintenance and repairs as a Facility Reliability Technician Lead, maintain the pharmaceutical facilities at a "World Class" level. Apply deductive reasoning and interpret a variety of technical instructions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.

Assist with supervision of hourly facilities maintenance staff to maintain the physical integrity and appearance of the PCI facilities.

To provide supervisory support in the absence of the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.

Provide technical support and mentoring of FRT Assistants, FRT 1, and FRT 2 levels technicians.

Possess an advanced mechanical aptitude to diagnose and troubleshoot facility related mechanical systems at the direction of a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Engineering Manager including but not limited to: diagnose deficiencies, repair, and perform preventative maintenance of facility roofs, walls, doors, windows, etc; diagnose deficiencies, repair, and perform preventative maintenance of HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, lighting, electrical, and plumbing systems; diagnose deficiencies, repair, and perform preventative maintenance of parking lots and exterior grounds.

Support the PCI facilities as part of the FRT On-Call team.

Support all PCI departments in special and routine service functions such as timely facility repairs, facility preparation for special events, etc., at an advanced level.

Perform and lead snow removal efforts performed by PCI with regard to sidewalks, snow plowing, and salting of parking lots and sidewalks.

Adhere to all PCI and cGMP policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.

This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.

Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.

Attendance to work is an essential function of this position.

Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Required:

High School Diploma and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training.

Basic Mathematical Skills

Basic Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer tasks and has the ability to operate common computer programs.

Minimum Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak in a way that allows one to participate effectively in various conversations. Ability to read various types of standard items addressed to general readers.

High Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is only limited standardization. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions that may be provided in various forms.

CFC certification.

Lock out / tag out.

Preferred:

Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.

Ability to exhibit sound and accurate judgment.

Ability to adapt to changing work environments.

Ability to display excellent time management skills.

Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.

Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Ability to effectively present information to various people as the job requires.

Preferred MEP Building Trades related Associates Degree or Apprenticeship with HVAC emphasis or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of facility maintenance experience.

Successfully complete PCI's Team Leadership Series, Track 1 or equivalent.

Possess an advanced knowledge of hand and power tools, along with how to use them in a safe and effective manner.

Should possess an advanced understanding of facility maintenance including:

Predictive facilities maintenance programs.

Scheduled work order programs.

Ability to comply with cGMP guidelines.
