Job Description
Medline Industries, LP in Northfield, IL is seeking experienced Lead IS Developer Analysts (Automation Development) to collaborate with business process teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility, translating business requirements into technical designs. This position will analyze current processing and assess automation needs and solutions; it is not a software development role.
Job responsibilities and duties include:
Work with stakeholders to identify and assess appropriate automation use cases.
Assist developers with fixing bugs and enhancing the code of automation in production.
Develop strategies to optimize bot schedules to achieve maximum productivity of digital workers.
Develop strong working relationships with internal partners, both business users and technical resources.
Contribute to continuous improvement and collaboration.
Collaborate with Enterprise RPA Team to make our processes more efficient.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, information technology or any related IT or Engineering field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any related position(s) through which the required experience was gained.
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, or knowledge with the following:
1. Process modeling experience using MS Visio
2. One or more of the following modern programming languages: VB.net, Python, or Java
3. Programming (including scripting and coding)
4. SQL or relational databases
5. Application development.
6. One or more of the following: RPA (BluePrism), RPA (UiPath) or PMP
No travel required. Work from home (WFH) benefit available. Must be in the office at least two (2) days per week.
