What part will you play? The Sr. Director, Client Delivery Executives builds relationships with large/complex enterprise clients and has accountability to oversee the client delivery executives who ensure successful delivery of our service and projects to our enterprise clients. Responsibilities include providing strategic leadership to our CDES, establishing account governance standards, managing client relationships, acting as an escalation point of contact for internal and external senior leadership, ensuring SLAs and project and service performance expectations are met, managing the P&L for accounts in scope, and ensuring projects and initiatives are financially profitable and meet or exceed margin thresholds. This is a key leadership role, with high visibility and impact on the enterprise clients, internal/external stakeholders, and the overall operational performance of the organization. What will you be doing? - Provide direction to Client Delivery Executives to ensure client’s strategic objectives are met along with all key performance metrics both operational and financial. - Ensure seamless delivery of Diversified’ s solutions to attain revenue goals - Assist with providing comprehensive updates to senior leadership to drive awareness of any major client issues or escalations that require collaboration across multiple organizations. - Establishes a quarterly business review for their organization to report on their team’s performance and quantifies the benefit/accomplishments of their team. - Manages all hiring, career development/planning, annual performance reviews for the CDEs they directly lead. - Understand the overarching company strategy and develop department strategy to create a sense of teamwork and membership among associates through communicating and modeling the organization’s core values. - Identify opportunities for improvement, aggregate best practices consistently across all functions, strategize change, and continue to develop improvements to the service model by anticipating operational problems through detailed knowledge of client businesses. - Take initiative with other department leaders to develop unified processes and standards by consulting with leadership on company strategy. - Inform, inspire, motivate, and influence others through clearly communicated written, nonverbal, and verbal communications to foster and facilitate cohesiveness across the entire organization. - Occasionally travel to support the CDEs during high profile client meetings to support business development and growth. What do we require from you?

+ Bachelors Degree

+ 8+ years of experience in client delivery, project management or related roles with a proven track record of success in managing client relationships.

+ 6+ years of experience in team leadership and people management with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.

+ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans and drive execution.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, senior executives and cross functional teams.

+ Proven experience managing client P&L and ensuring profitability across multiple portfolios

+ A sound understanding of the major Diversified service offerings and an appreciation of evolving technologies and industry trends. Experience and understanding of the support of an IT, AV and Media outsourced environment.

Preferred:

+ ITIL Foundation Certification

Work Environment:

+ Office or client site on occasion

Travel:

+ Occasional travel to client sites is required to resolve major client escalations or attend important meetings. Travel as needed up to 25% of the time.

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
