This position will drive a flawless brand-new Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation, on time, on cost and on scope for the MedTech Memphis Logistics Center (MLC) and our Satellite Distribution Center (SDC) network attached to strategic MAKE sites. The replacement of the WMS is a key strategic Initiative within the Ethicon and CSS Business Units that will upgrade aging infrastructure platforms to secure our business today and become the cornerstone for future transformation of our distribution capabilities for the customer. This project will lay the groundwork for the development and deployment of key capabilities (People, Process, Automation, and Technology) to improve efficiency and effectiveness, whilst keeping our customer’s needs central to what we do. This project will lay the foundation for the Tier 1 Distribution Centers Global Template.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop in partnership with the Operations, and the 3PL teams a Concept of Operations on how the DC will work in the new WMS.
+ Work cross-functionally to take defined Concept of Operations and generate and maintain specific operational process flows for all functionality
+ Work cross-functionally to define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for all WMS processes and related functionality to meet the Concept of Operations and all applicable Johnson & Johnson Quality, GxP, IAPP, and security guidelines.
+ Create User Stories / Requirements for development by the IT Workstream.
+ Work cross-functionally to develop test scenarios and training for all processes
+ Effectively prepare and communicate status reports regarding key milestones, deliverables, considerations, and risks within the sub-workstream to the broader workstream.
+ Work cross-functionally to ensure validation of systems in accordance with current GxP/SDLC processes and requirements
+ Manage risks effectively, identify potential problems early, and assist in resolving or raising issues as appropriate
Qualifications
Education:
+ Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; focused degree specifically in Logistics, Supply Chain, Systems or Business preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
+ Medical Device sector/industry experience
+ Minimum four (4) years of related distribution operations experience
+ Minimum three (3) years of WMS management, maintenance, or implementation experience
+ Experience constructing and implementing Business and Operational strategies (Concept of Operations)
+ Strong problem-solving, communication and influencing skills
+ Consistent track record to work cross-functionally
+ Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a multifaceted environment.
+ Attention to detail and a drive for ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Preferred:
+ E2E supply chain knowledge and experience, such as operations, network planning and/or systems implementations
+ Expertise in SAP Order To Cash or ERP order management processes
+ Experience in Ethicon & CSS Supply Chain processes
+ Experience directly managing professional level resources
+ Experienced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Experience with SAP EWM
+ Agile Methodology knowledge and experience
+ Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS methodologies knowledge and/or certifications
Other:
+ The anticipated salary range for this role is $90,000-$144,900
+ J&J Flex: JJ&J’s enterprise way of hybrid working for eligible office-based employees requires at least 3 days on-site with the option to work up to 2 days remote per week.
+ Ability to travel up to 25%
- of the time, domestically required. Location dependent.
+ Position located in Memphis, TN with consideration for other US locations
+ This position is eligible for severance
