We are seeking a highly experienced Global Director to join our team in the role of Technology Strategy and Data Insights. As the Global Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing technology solutions to support account operations, drive analytics initiatives, and leverage data insights for our organization. This role requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise, strong team management skills, and a deep understanding of data analytics and insights.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a global technology strategy to support account operations and enhance efficiency across the organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and opportunities, gathering requirements and defining objectives.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable technology solutions that align with business objectives and ensure smooth operations.

Drive innovation and ensure the organization stays ahead in leveraging technology advancements.

Manage a team of technology professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear goals and expectations are set.

Encourage professional development and growth for team members, supporting their training and skill enhancement.

Facilitate effective collaboration and communication between different teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Oversee the analysis of complex data sets, identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions and drive performance improvements.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and deliver data-driven strategies, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.

Drive the implementation of advanced analytics capabilities, leveraging machine learning, artificial intelligence, and predictive modeling.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay informed of emerging trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, data analytics, and insights, with a focus on account operations.

Proven track record of successfully leading technology initiatives and delivering tangible business results.

Experience managing global teams and working in a matrixed organizational structure.

Strong understanding of data analytics techniques and tools, as well as their application in driving actionable insights.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Strong team management skills, with a track record of effectively leading and developing a high-performing team.

Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities efficiently and create an environment of accountability and collaboration.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

Experience working with a wide range of technologies, platforms, and software development methodologies.

Familiarity with compliance and security regulations related to technology and data management.
