Job SummarySr Data Analyst II (DTE)

Responsible for designing, creating and delivering critical plan performance trend analytics, reports, and insights to DTE clients, broker partners and the individual employers of DTE clients. This position develops insights in a meaningful way that assists stakeholders and business partners in problem solving, solution development, decision making and strategic planning around their benefits program offerings and performance.

This role works directly with DTE clients, internal and external stakeholders and business partners consultatively to identify, develop and implement analytics solution(s) to address each client's unique needs and requirements. The analytics solution(s) will include insights and recommendations based on quality and clinical data, trend data, client objectives and Luminare Health offerings. The position partners with Client Management, Data Analytics and Reporting, Healthcare Management, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, IT, Reporting and Business Analysts and other stakeholders as needed.

Sr Data Analyst II

Responsible for providing training and ongoing support for internal and external users with access to our reporting systems. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and recorded training materials. This position will provide system demonstrations for clients, prospects and broker/consultant partners. This position will identify and research potential solutions to client requirements and work with Client Management to design and implement the best solutions with their clients and brokers.

This role will work directly with client management users to identify reporting solutions that address the unique needs of our clients and brokers. This role will collaborate with our partners in Client Management, Client Analytics, Healthcare Management, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, IT, Operations and other key stakeholders as needed to identify and implement complete solutions for our client and broker reporting needs. This can include leading data and reporting projects, developing new content and searching for and implementing creative solutions. This role will partner with our system administrators and vendor partners to determine impact of system changes on our clients and brokers and create and implement the launch of new functionality. This role will work closely with our Data Steward to ensure that any solutions identified align where necessary with other reporting generated by Luminare.Sr Data Analyst II (DTE)

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, statistics or an analytically oriented healthcare field.
5 years of experience in data management and analytics, healthcare and/or insurance experience with payer, provider, PBM or analytics vendor preferred.
Must have proficiency with commonly used database, spreadsheet and word processing software [MS Office, Excel and Word] with ability to learn our systems
Proficiency in using Business Intelligence tools and Healthcare Analytics platforms [Cedar Gate, Truven, Cotiviti]
Experience serving strategic clients in a developing market segment.
Proven ability to build relationships with multiple individuals and functions and quickly establish credibility.
Superior written, verbal, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent presentation skills for multiple audience types including the ability to interact with large strategic clients and prospects, including broker partners
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as a high degree of creativity, flexibility and self-direction
Resourceful in the ability to identify and obtain new sources of information
