What will you be doing?

The US Apparel business at Circana works with some of the most well-known and exciting companies in the world. This team is currently seeking an Account Associate to be an integral team member dedicated to driving our client's success. The Associate will contribute to the engagement, satisfaction, and growth of our clients by providing value-added insights for decision-making. The position provides the opportunity to make an impact through existing analytical skills while developing the knowledge and skills required for continued success in client development and market research solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Leveraging Point of Sale (POS), Consumer survey data, and other Circana data and information sources to develop analyses that help our clients grow their businesses and gain market share
  • Providing support to the team in managing the day-to-day activities to enhance client relationships, including but not limited to, sharing analyses on brand-specific topics, answering relevant client questions, training/educating clients to drive adoption and usage of Circana's strategic data sets
  • Partnering with account leads and cross-functional departments to drive initiatives that support the sale and delivery of Circana's solutions
  • Build relationships with client contacts to develop strategic business insights regarding their most important business issues/needs, both short and long-term
  • Develop industry expertise by monitoring, researching, and uncovering trends among consumers, retail, and entertainment.
  • Being an expert in data, methodology, and tools for accessing data

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 5 year(s) of prior experience in a role that utilizes data and analysis to add value to clients
  • Highly detail-oriented - with a commitment to total quality and data accuracy
  • Demonstrated the ability to work across various data sets and reporting tools
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive and ability to work autonomously
  • Able to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong expertise in all MS Office products, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Dynamics, and SalesLoft is a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $57,700.00 - $67,960.00.
