What you'll do:
The Senior IT Risk and Compliance Analyst will assist in supporting the Information Technology department's adherence to the Bank's Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) framework.

How you'll make an impact:
Be an innovator while assisting to build a first line risk and compliance function that is effective in proactive risk identification and control testing.
Be a collaborator across the three lines of defense and the IT organization to efficiently drive results.

What you can expect:
Collaborate and partner with IT personnel to provide guidance and support in regards to IT risk management.
Support IT personnel in coordinating with audit (both internal and external) and regulatory examiners to facilitate exam requests and assist with issue management including providing advice on remediation plans and risk acceptances.
Assist with the implementation of processes within the IT Risk & Compliance group that support the proactive evaluation, identification and monitoring of IT risks and controls.
Periodically review IT processes and make recommendations for control optimization.
Assist with maintaining the IT policy and procedure library including executing a process to ensure documents, standards and other related materials are current.
Perform various reviews as necessary to ensure compliance with IT policies, regulatory requirements and control objectives.
Collaborate with the Enterprise Risk Management group in order to maintain alignment with overall risk management processes including risk appetite and risk tolerance.
Assist with the development, maintenance and monitoring of KRIs including providing value added feedback and recommendations when tolerances are exceeded or metrics require revision.
Participate in IT related meetings as necessary to support execution of job duties.
Assist with other duties as necessary to support the IT Risk and Compliance team.

What you'll bring:
Familiarity with both Internal Control (COSO) and Information Technology (COBIT) frameworks
4-6 years of IT audit, IT compliance, or IT risk management experience or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of MS Office product suite
2 + years in a customer facing/support role
Ability to manage ambiguity and changing priorities
Strong analysis, research and analytical skills
Effective communication skills and ability to influence.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels within the organization.
