Summary / Role Purpose
The Corporate Campaigns and Events Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multichannel corporate campaigns, events (in person, virtual, and hybrid), and activations to enhance brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and support key business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills, a creative mindset, and a strong attention to detail.
This position will report to the Senior Director, Corporate Marketing and lead a team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive corporate campaigns and events strategies aligned with overall business goals and marketing objectives to drive brand equity, market share, and customer loyalty.
Lead the planning and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events.
Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, and oversee logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, transportation, and any other experiential elements.
Coordinate with external partners, sponsors, and vendors to maximize opportunities for collaboration, brand exposure, and value-added offerings.
Collaborate across marketing to utilize digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and online tools to promote corporate campaigns and events and drive audience engagement before, during, and after each event.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and events through key performance indicators (KPIs), including attendance, engagement metrics, demand generation, and return on investment (ROI).
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management and corporate branding, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies, including health and safety protocols and data protection requirements.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
Proven experience (5-7 years) in corporate event management, campaign planning, or related roles, preferably in the B2B technology space. At least one year of people leadership experience preferred.
Adaptable to fast-paced environments and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, branding, and storytelling, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Proficiency in event management software, project management tools, and digital marketing platforms; experience with CRM systems is desirable.
Flexibility to travel as needed for events and activations.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to track and measure campaign performance and ROI.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with internal and external partners.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an unwavering commitment to quality and excellence.
Leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving brand objectives.
