What makes this role important at Ipsos?
We are seeking a seasoned, delivery-oriented Data Science Leader who is visionary in the field of Data Science and Analytics to be an integral part of our Customer Experience (CX) team. Ideal candidates should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for implementing data science solutions for a diverse range of clients including, but not limited to, big tech, finance, retail, and consumer goods sectors. The primary responsibilities of this player/coach role include client delivery and providing support to the SVP of Experience Analytics and Innovation. This entails leading the development of innovative, data-driven analytic offerings and leading the migration of our analytics infrastructure to the cloud. The ideal fit would be someone with a robust background in utilizing a wide spectrum of analytics/data to answer complex analytical questions for clients and a proven track record in project team management.
What you can expect to be doing:
Deliver against analytics scope for client projects, sometimes individually, but often directing CX/EX Analytics team members.
Support the SVP Experience Analytics and Innovation in the following areas:
Scoping solutions that meet client objectives, timelines, and budget by making recommendations on approach and staffing.
Managing the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and other advanced analytics solutions in the context of our CX/EX Clients.
Establishing Best Practices for process documentation and coding both for current processes and new processes particularly for cloud analytics.
Executing the roadmap for CX/EX Analytics. Actively suggest improvements in processes and techniques that will actively increase efficiency and value delivered to clients.
Identifying opportunities for new Analytics offerings that leverage both client data and survey data.
Championing the migration of our analytics environment to a cloud based platform.
Coordinate both within the CX Service Line and across Ipsos on project management for delivery of analytics projects.
When engaging in CX/EX client projects, operate as an integral part and core member of the client delivery teams in the spirit of OneIpsos
Educate and upskill talent within the CX/EX analytics team in a 'teach while doing' mode when engaging in client projects and leading with best practices
Communicate complex analytic and data driven insights to technical and non technical audiences.
Stay abreast of emerging trends in data science, cloud technologies, and Customer/Employee Experience
This might be the job for you if you have:
Minimum 7 years' professional experience in Analytics, Statistics, or Data Science with a proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects.
Hands on experience working with person level data such as survey, behavioral, CRM, digital engagement, marketing, operational or sales data
Deep understanding of cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with Analytics tools such as Python, R, SAS, or Alteryx
Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences and ability to tell stories based on data driven/analytics outcomes.

A Intellectually curious, growth mindset; willing to try new things, ask questions, and continuously evolve
Nice to have:
Hands on experience with Customer Experience/Employee Experience Data

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $150,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
