Description
The Office Administrator will support all team members with administrative duties while providing excellent customer service to all guests.
Responsibilities
+ Open and distribute mail, stuff invoices, send certified mail, ship FedEx requests
+ Assist callers
+ Welcome and greet guests
+ Maintain Proven IT’s general mailbox and forward emails to appropriate individuals
+ Order office supplies when needed for each office
+ Order and stock kitchen supplies
+ Organize breakfasts/lunches for guests, potential clients, and employee meetings/events
+ Order and send flowers for staff events (births, funerals, etc.)
+ Order trophies and awards for sales and service department
+ Order business cards/badges/name plates for all employees
+ Assist with Accounts Payable tasks
+ Performs other duties as assigned

+ High School Diploma
+ Previous administrative experience
+ Problem solving skills
+ Highly organized
+ Strong ability to multitask
+ Microsoft office experience
+ Ability to work independently
+ Valid driver’s licenses and vehicle
+ Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses his/her hands to finger, handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms. The employee uses a computer, copier, fax, and telephone equipment. The employee must be able to sit for a prolonged period. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
