Job Description
The Consultant of FEP Innovation, Planning & Execution provides critical support for the delivery of and execution of the Federal Employee Program's innovation and planning portfolio. This individual will have the opportunity to own small projects and support larger initiatives that focus on ensuring priorities and pursuit of new opportunities/investments by the program are aligned with the organization's long-term vision and roadmap.
Strategic planning support - drive content creation and coordination for strategic planning process, including support for facilitating end-to-end roadmap development (for FEP and with business unit leaders)
Execute business analytics and content creation for business case development for evaluation and pursuit of new (or expansion) opportunities
Serve as lead coordinator for FEP governance process, working closely with BCBSA governance team to ensure on-time and defect free delivery of all materials
Ad-hoc support, including annual Service Charge document development, primary/secondary research, presenting work as required, and other responsibilities as assigned
Education
Bachelor's degree in health care or related field or equivalent work experience
Certifications

Related business and/or healthcare experience (i.e., analytical, problem solving, primary / secondary research, communications, team based, etc.)
