Head Chef (Nepali Cuisine) - [5 Openings]: Coordinate all aspects of kitchen activities and direct and participate in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of Nepali style vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes such as momos, saymabaji, goat thali, chicken thali, phaper roti, sel roti, aachar, and various appetizers/deserts. Create and develop unique food offerings that highlight seasonal Nepali produce and provide guests with a variety of selections. Maintain production and work records, and teach and enforce health quality rules and regulations. Plan and price menu items, estimate food needs and order supplies. Supervise and train 2 cooks and waiters.
