The Talent Knowledge Management Senior Associate is accountable for overseeing the management of Talent's knowledge platforms, including SharePoint Online, SharePoint Modern, and ServiceNow. These platforms serve as highly visible resources across the entire enterprise. Responsibilities will involve contributing to the revamping of Talent's intranet using SharePoint Modern, ensuring the accuracy of Talent information in ServiceNow's employee center, streamlining Talent content for internal Talent personnel, monitoring site usage, and proposing enhancements to improve the overall user experience.

Furthermore, the Talent Senior Associate will collaborate closely with various departments within the Talent organization to gain insights into their respective processes and policies. This collaborative effort will enable clear and accessible methods to effectively communicate Talent information. Additional tasks will encompass troubleshooting technical issues, refining content for better comprehension, and orchestrating and implementing project plans. This position will also offer support for enterprise knowledge management initiatives and activities, ongoing system maintenance, assistance with training, reporting, and facilitating operational adoption.

Provide comprehensive support for Knowledge Management sites, solutions, and toolkits, encompassing tasks such as:
Creating, capturing, organizing, and evaluating knowledge assets for enterprise-wide utilization.
Cultivating a robust culture of knowledge sharing within the Talent department and advocating for the implementation of KM initiatives.
Ensuring adherence to Enterprise KM governance, architectural guidelines, and established procedures.
Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to review and revise content regularly, ensuring its continued relevance.
Consulting with relevant stakeholders to provide guidance on knowledge requests and projects.
Monitoring usage patterns, conducting thorough search and other analytics reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.
Maintaining and updating metadata as required to ensure accurate categorization and retrieval of information.
Managing permissions and promptly addressing access requests to ensure secure and authorized access to knowledge resources.
Timely resolution and escalation of technical issues in accordance with established protocols.
Proficiently working with Talent web applications across SharePoint and ServiceNow environments.
Proactively engaging with Talent stakeholders to gather insights and perspectives on ongoing changes.
Efficiently oversee and manage a diverse array of knowledge management projects, ensuring streamlined coordination, effective communication, and timely delivery of key milestones.
Contribute to the development of policies in a user-friendly language, ensuring that end users can easily comprehend and adhere to them.
Process urgent requests promptly and navigate through approval procedures as needed.
Utilize critical thinking to ensure content is in the right place according to type of content, audience, and purpose.
Assisting the Enterprise KM team in conducting annual quality assurance checks to ensure the sustained effectiveness of knowledge management strategies.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, project management or related business field of study (required)

EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of knowledge management or Talent experience (required)
Knowledge of SharePoint 2013-2019 or Office 365 Modern environment or related applications (preferred)
Knowledge of ServiceNow (preferred)
Intermediate experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, OneNote (preferred)

TRAVEL
Ability to travel on occasion to participate in firm or department meetings and training seminars

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
Experience using Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow or equivalent (required)
Understands basic principles of knowledge management (required)
Holds self and others accountable for sharing knowledge and best practices (preferred)
Knowledge of understanding and interpreting web analytics (preferred)
Self-starter (required)
Strong attention to detail (required)
