Curry Cook (Indian & Nepali Food) - [5 openings]: Prepare, portion, and cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian and Nepali food such as Chicken/Lamb/Shrimp Curry, Chicken Makhani, Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Chilli, Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken/Lamb Choila, Tadka Dal, Palak/Saag Paneer, Paneer Makhani, Chana Masala, Aloo Gobi, Momos, Nepali Khashi, various types of Naan and various appetizers/desserts. Provide excellent customer service while adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures. Setup, label, and stock station with necessary Indian and Nepali spices/supplies/inventory. Clean up kitchen and properly handle leftover foods. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures. Ensure the proper rotation, labeling, and dating of all products. Conduct inventory biweekly in a team effort. Responsible for scheduling back of house team members.
