Job Description
Curry Cook (Indian & Nepali Food) {5 Openings}: Prepare, portion, and cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian and Nepali food such as Chicken/Lamb/Keema/Goat Curry, Chicken Makhani, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken/Lamb Choila, Tadka Dal, Palak/Saag Paneer, Mutter Paneer, Paneer Tikka Masala, Aloo Gobi, Chana Masala, Choumin, Janeko Dal, Momos, Nepali Khashi, Nepali Chow Mein, Achar, various types of Naan, and various appetizers and desserts. Provide excellent customer service while adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures. Setup, label, and stock station with necessary Indian and Nepali spices/supplies/inventory. Clean up kitchen and properly handle leftover foods. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures. Ensure the proper rotation, labeling, and dating of all products. Conduct inventory bi-weekly in a team effort. Responsible for scheduling back of house team members.
