Job Description
Flextronics International USA, Inc. in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking Business Systems Analyst: Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge. Work directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and strategic goals. Communicate with users to identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot and investigate system behaviors and deficiencies. Write clear, precise functional and technical specifications for development teams. Support Project Management during planning and execution, relevant to project scale. Interpret functional specification and convert it into a technical specification. Work with requestors to advise on how to configure the system to implement solutions. Prepare Standard Operating procedures for the day-to-day maintenance of the applications and underlying systems. Adherence to Service level acceptance accord with the Business. Ensure minimum ‘MTTR (Mean time to Repair)’ while fixing problems. Follow-up with proper root cause investigation, corrective & preventive actions. Testing of customizations/new developments as per user requirement.
