Job Summary
The CCR (Coal Combustion Residual) Project Manager will be responsible for all field related issues for the project from start of environmental remediation to completion of project. Responsible for oversight of the contractor(s), during all aspects of the project and ensure all Vistra responsibilities are met on schedule and compliant with all laws/regulations.

Key Accountabilities

Manage all aspects of the project, including budgets and schedules. Ensure all safetyprotocols and procedures are followed and maintained. Projects include PondDewatering, Water Treatment, Demolition, Landfill and Impoundment Construction andClosure,

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables for any scope of work notincluded in the contracts

Interpret and understand the contracts and technical information to work with maincontractor through contract completion.

Report work progress and budget matters to management via standard processes andprocedures

Collaborate with engineers, contractors and the operations team at site (if applicable)

Work with contractor to understand schedule and justify percent complete

Understand and approve monthly invoices from the contractor for payment.Communicate with executive management using weekly and monthly reports

Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems and coordinate withmanagement and site to answer any RFIs from the contractor

Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations

Work with operations staff for plant turnover, if necessary
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
-
Five years of demolition, construction or equivalent energyindustry experience, prior experience in project management

Experience in large scale environmental remediation, includingheavy civil projects
-
5+years experiencein budget and schedule management.

Ability to manage multiple contract scopes

High School Diploma or Equivalent
