Position Overview
This position is responsible for assisting users via phone and email with a variety of level 1 and 2 PC problems as well as support of all banking systems including AS400, Silverlake, Vertex and Streamline.
Essential Job Functions
Provides level 1 and 2 problem resolution via phone, email, and remote support
Assists tellers with AS400, Silverlake, Vertex problems
Routes level 3 calls to appropriate group
Administers security change procedures and system access
Tracks and documents calls accurately
Runs/compiles a variety of reports from Jack Henry
Assists user with general inquiry and non IT questions
Documents changes and procedures clearly for reference
Assists with other departmental projects as needed
Available to work occasional Saturday shifts

Minimum Requirements
High school diploma and one year or more of related experience (Help Desk, technology, banking and/or call center experience); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Competencies
Technologically proficient
Root cause analysis/deduction
Basic PC knowledge including hardware
Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and the MS Office Suite
Ability to communicate clearly and accurately via phone and email
Strong listening and problem solving skills
Excellent customer service including proactivity and responsiveness
Preferred, but not required
Previous call center experience preferred
Teller experience a plus
Strong organizational abilities
