Job Description

What Youll Do

Provide on the job training to team members. Field process/policy questions to maintain healthy workflow and employee engagement.

Act as a change agent for the team.

Load balance work with other team members to ensure SLAs are met.Sharing any performance related concerns with Manager.

Resolves non-routine problems with specialized knowledge; support with escalations, inquiries, research and analysis.

Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices
Qualifications
-
3+ years of financial services experience required
-
1+ years of dispute experience, to include debit card, Zelle, ACH, and ATM transactions, preferred
-
Team lead, mentor, and supervisory experience preferred
