What you will do:
The Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts of Great Lakes Advisors. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, with a focus on supporting Sales team by creating marketing presentations for prospective clients.
- Serve as partner to Sales and Distribution by leading the creation of client presentations, custom marketing pieces and finals presentations. This includes printing, binding, and shipping presentations when required.
- Manage the questionnaire response database for RFPs and DDQs. This includes collaborating with compliance, investment teams, and other departments to ensure all information is accurate and current.
- Support maintenance of Seismic system to ensure timely and accurate creation of marketing collaterals. Assist with updating quarterly marketing collaterals.
- Assist with social media/E-Campaigns, including creating posts on behalf of the firms LinkedIn, and creating mass email campaigns on Salesforce.
- Create advertisements for firm sponsored events.
- Collaborate with Client Service and Firm Administration on Salesforce related projects for the firm.
