Position Overview:

 

This position is responsible for providing support for loan administrative and operations staff, in addition to process and handling of any functions related to loan activities. Performs a broad variety of loan service functions from loan application through loan closing. Works closely with the Relationship Managers and attorneys to administer closings and loan funding, as well as renewals and modifications of existing portfolio loans.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Loan Closings (new, renewal, modifications)

  • Manages and coordinates documentation requests

  • Orders due diligence, coordinates with Loan Ops., Lenders, Clients, Title Companies, and Lawyers for loan closings

  • Ensures all documents/financial/due diligence items are uploaded into TREEV

  • Processes Reports pulls weekly reports. Coordinates monthly Board reports, including CRM Pipeline manager reports

  • Portfolio administration

  • Provides client support as it relates to transfer requests, inquires for deposits and loans, payments, researches, treasury management support, daily overdrafts and opens commercial client depository accounts

  • Ensure all loan servicing and other required documentation is scanned into TREEV. Maintain current loan files and records

  • Internal communication across departments, assists with obtaining servicing information, and with loan related projects as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Commercial real estate loan servicing a plus

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • General computer skills
