New Business Client On-Boarding Consultant

Summary:

The Consultant will process complex global on-boarding activities for high- profile clients, inclusive of: New Business events, working with prior custodians to facilitate the transfer of assets and cash to NT for new clients and Full Loss events- transferring of assets and funds to new custodians

This individual will articulate the New Business activities and understands the high sensitivities involved with the onboarding of new clients.

Major Duties:

  • Responsible for handling and processing transactions like incoming, outgoing, transfer of assets and funds between global and/or domestic portfolios.
  • Technically competent to act as first point of reference for day-to-day queries and serves as a liaison to related areas.
  • Oversees complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
  • Able to facilitate discussions and reach consensus.
  • Use WCM/GCM and MTS Video Lan to process incoming/outgoing wires.
  • Process BAU activity- State Deposit transactions and Record Action events.



Experience and Skills:

  • A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Three or more years of related business experience. Has in-depth knowledge of custody operations, finance and securities in multiple markets.
  • Firm understanding of the New Business activities and high sensitivities involved with onboarding new clients to the organization.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills.
  • Leadership and organizational skills are needed to prioritize assignments
  • Requires excellent analytical, consultative, communication, judgement and interpersonal skills.
  • Broader knowledge of other areas required.
